Several Swans

Staines Town last night announced a new captain, with the arrival of Luis Fernandes. Defender Luis has most recently been with Arlesey Town of the Spartans South Midlands League, but you'll remember him from his spells with Marlow and Ware. He's also turned out for Barton Rovers, London Colney, Royston Town, Dunstable Town, North Greenford United and Southall.

Luis wasn't alone, however. Goalkeeper Joe Ringer also signed on, and you might remember him from his time at Northwood, for whom he made ten appearances towards the end of 2019. He also played for Wealdstone, and spent time with Edgware Town, Broadfields United and Rayners Lane.

Finally, defender Luke Massingham has previously played for Bracknell Town, Chalfont St Peter and Wealdstone, as well as being part of the Academy side at Slough Town.
