Southend man heads to the Island

Louie Arrowsmith signs on at Canvey Island
Canvey Island have announced the signing of Louie Arrowsmith from Southend United- although you might have noticed him last season with Heybridge Swifts.
The full back joined Swifts on loan last October, and went on to play thirty three times as they reached the Pitching In Isthmian North Play Off Final.
That wasn't Louie's first Pitching In isthmian North spell. He spent time during the 21-22 season at Great Wakering Rovers, making six appearances and scoring two goals.
Louie joined Southend aged six, and was part of their Under 18 squad.
