We've a feast of Sunday afternoon football today, and we start in the Pitching In Isthmian Premier Division, where Kingstonian can go back to the top of the table if they defeat Cheshunt at King George's Field.
The K's have been a bit up and down of late, their last four matches seeing wins against Merstham and Bowers & Pitsea and defeats against their promotion rivals Worthing and Enfield Town; whilst the Ambers form has been decidedly similar, with wins against Brightlingsea Regent and Hornchurch and defeats against AFC Sudbury and Bognor Regis Town. Cheshunt do have one significant advantage, however, and that is entirely psychological, as on each of the three occasions the two have met since Cheshunt's promotion to the top division they have won, the last of those victories coming in October last year.
In the Pitching In Isthmian North Division two improving sides meet at the Len Salmon, as Hashtag United entertain Heybridge Swifts. The Tags have won three of their last four league matches, defeating Romford and Witham Town in the last two; whilst Swifts have only one defeat in five and have beaten Felixstowe and Walton United, Barking and local rivals Maldon & Tiptree in recent weeks.
Both matches kick off at 3PM.
