Two more for Invicta

Adeyinka Cole and Jake Goodman are new at Folkestone Invicta

Folkestone Invicta have added two new names to their squad as they prepare for the forthcoming campaign, with Adeyinka Cole and Jake Goodman making short trips from Margate and Dover Athletic respectively.

Midfielder Ade spent last season with Gate, making the number seven shirt his own and playing thirty five times. He was previously with Maldon & Tiptree, and was rather prolific, scoring six goals in five matches as his side narrowly missed out on the top five at the end of 21-22. He started that campaign with Maldon's local rivals Heybridge Swifts, playing three times, and in between was at Haringey Borough, making twenty two appearances after moving to London from Essex.

Ade starred for Leiston and Grays Athletic after coming through the youth ranks at Blackpool. You'll have perhaps also seen him at Dulwich Hamlet, Enfield Town, Aveley and Romford- or at a higher level with Hemel Hempstead Town, Billericay Town and Braintree Town.

Defender Jake came through the youth ranks at Millwall. Whilst at the New Den he had loan spells with Staines Town, AFC Wimbledon, Aldershot Town and Luton Town, and after departing the Lions in 2015 he moved to Margate, who at that point were in National League South. Spells at Braintree Town, Maidenhead United and Bromley followed, and a short spell at Ebsfleet United was followed by two seasons with Dover Athletic.
