Hythe Town boss Steve Watt rescinds his resignation- and begins strengthening his squad with the signing of Adam Molloy

Last Friday we brought you the news that Hythe Town boss Steve Watt had tendered his resignation- but now, it appears, the issues which led him to make that decision have been resolved, and he seems to be back with a bang!

The club have also confirmed that Lex Allan, Jack Steventon, Liam Smith, Josh Stirman, Frannie Collin, Ethan Smith, Morgan Williamson, Sam Itauma, Harry Miller, Shad Ngandu and Jarred Trespaderne are returning from last season's Play Off Final squad, whilst they have also confirmed a first addition to the side, with the arrival of Erith & Belvedere goalkeeper Adam Molloy.

Adam has won SCEFL promotion for two seasons in a row, as the previous campaign was spent with Sheppey United before a departure from the Ites last summer. According to the League website he made twenty nine appearances last season.

Prior to his time with Erith and Sheppey he played at a young age for West Ham United and Gillingham, and he also has experience with the likes of Chatham Town and Erith Town. He first came to our attention with some fine displays for Sittingbourne some years ago.
