Yellows and Tags stars head to Regent

Harry Critchley and Marley Andrews are new at Brightlingsea Regent

Brightlingsea Regent are hoping that their two new arrivals can add some promotion stardust to their side as the 23-24 campaign kicks off, as Harry Critchley and Marley Andrews sign on.

Harry, a full back, signed for the Tags in March and made four appearances as his side swept to promotion. He was an Academy graduate at the Tags title rivals AFC Sudbury, and went on to play for their first team before heading to Coggeshall Town, and then back to the Yellows. He made fifteen appearances for the Yellows in the closing stages of the 21-22 season, and last season had been an ever-present with East Thurrock United, playing thirty three times, before jining the Tags,

Marley, a winger, came through the Academy at Colchester United, where he played from the age of eight years old, and whilst there spent time on loan at Maldon and Tiptree. He moved on to Heybridge Swifts and Stanway Rovers before moving on to AFC Sudbury in the Spring of 2021. He played forty two times during the 21-22 campaign, and added another twenty two appearances in last seasons promotion side.
