A debut goal for Ferdinand

Hanworth Villa had a new number nine as they defeated Hartley Wintney at the weekend, and he made a scoring start. 

Liam Ferdinand is a name you might remember from his time at Bracknell Town, a member of our Team of the Year as the Robins reached our South Central Promotion Final in 2018-19. 

Liam has been rather prolific for a number of clubs. In a long career he has scored goals not only for Bracknell, but for the likes of Marlow, Binfield, Thatcham Town, Hungerford Town, Harrow Borough, Met Police, Farnborough, Chesham United and Basingstoke Town, which is where he started this season- and for whom he scored fifteen goals last season.
