A Garande for Faversham
Kai Garande arrives at Faversham Town
Faversham Town prepared for Tuesday's match against Steyning Town by bringing in Kai Garande from Margate.
Kai played Under 18 football for Charlton Athletic, before a move to the New Den, where he played Under 21 football for Millwall. He moved on to play for Hythe Town, and moved to Margate in the summer of 2024. He played fifty times and scored three goals as Gate reached the Pitching In Isthmian South East Play Offs during 24-25, made another forty four appearances with three goals last season, and has played five times this season.
Gate announced a week or so ago that he was leaving for a Step Three club, so we suspect that must have fallen through- unless Gate have forgotten that they are due to play the Lilywhites at Step Four later this month!
