A Regent duo

Brightlingsea Regent have announced the signings of two players from Brantham Athletic's title-winning squad. 

Luke Avenall and Jack Marshall helped their former side to Eastern Counties Premier success- Athletic will be competing against Regent in our North Division next season. 

Goalkeeper Luke has played for Regent previously, but as well as a season at Athletic has turned out for AFC Sudbury, FC Clacton, Halstead Town and Holland FC. His time at Regent saw him play eleven times during the 2014-15 season and also three times during 21-22. 

Jack has had a number of spells at Athletic, and has also turned out for Clacton and Stanway Pegasus. He scored a fabulous goal for Athletic against Tilbury in a two-two FA Cup draw last August, and if the FA website is up to date added fourteen in total from his midfield berth.
