An Orange Field!

AFC Portchester have announced the arrival of defender Chad Field from Bognor Regis Town.

Chad originally joined the Rocks more than ten years ago, at first signing on loan from Portsmouth, and then deciding to stay permanently. He was with the Rocks for more than four years, playing fifty times in his first season as the club reached our Premier Play Off Final and the Semi-Final of the FA Trophy, and thirty four times the following season as they finally won that promotion. He went on to play for the club in National League South, and made another fifty two appearances as they returned to us in 2018-19. 

He went on to play for Horndean, helping them to promotion, and made thirty six appearances during the 23-24 season in our South East Division. He played eighteen times for the Deans during the first half of the 24-25 campaign before returning to Bognor, and he made twenty one appearances during his first season back at Nyewood Lane.

He made more appearances than anyone for the Rocks last season, forty two- with three goals.
