Baker and Crook are new at the Deans

Horndean's latest arriving duo are Taylor Crook and Leon Baker.

Full back Taylor came through the ranks at Havant & Waterlooville, but you might have seen him play for Binfield- half a dozen times- last season. He was previously at Moneyfields, and has also played for Baffins Milton Rovers, Pagham and Brockenhurst.

Midfielder Leon was also with Havant & Waterlooville, and had loan spells at the Deans and at Bognor Regis Town, managing two appearances at the latter during 22-23. He made another loan move to Sholing, and more recently has played for Blackfield & Langley and Millbrook. We were rather impressed with him during the first half of his Bognor debut (in a two-two Premier Division draw against Kingstonian), but sadly he was sent off early in the second half!
