Baker makes a quick breakthrough

Tyrone Baker makes an immediate mark as he debuts for Walthamstow

Walthamstow gave a debut to new arrival Tyrone Baker as they welcomed Wroxham last night- and he took only five minutes to find the net.

Tyrone has been at Royston Town this season, after ending last season at Brightlingsea Regent, where he made nineteen appearances.

The winger was previously at Potters Bar Town, where he made five appearances. He made the move to The Lantern Stadium from St Ives Town of Pitching In Southern Premier Central- but he had played Isthmian football previously. He was an Under 23 at Bowers and Pitsea before stepping up to the first team, and later played briefly for Heybridge Swifts before moving on to Basildon United. He moved to St Ives in November 2021, having already played seventeen times for the Bees that season.
