Josh Chambers and Dakara Wifa reinforce Three Bridges

Newly promoted Three Bridges have had a rather mixed start to their top flight lives, and boss Jamie Crellin has moved quickly to strengthen his squad with the arrivals of Dakara Wifa and Josh Chambers.

Josh is a player you may know well, and he comes in after three matches and one goal for Sheppey United.

He was with Ashford United last season, playing five times after returning from a long time out with injury, and he was previously with the Ites in the latter stages of the 24-25 campaign, playing three times on loan from Chatham Town.

Josh joined the Chats from Gillingham. He  played youth and first team football for the Gills, but spent more time- loan spells in 22-23 and at the end of the 23-24 season- helping Worthing fight for promotion from National League South, and was very highly regarded on the Sussex coast.

He has also had a successful loan spell at Welling United.

He spent time with Folkestone Invicta early in the 24-25 season, making five appearances.

Dakara was new to us until recently. The winger came through the ranks at Lincoln City, and played for the Under 17 and 18 squad, winning the FA Under 17 Floodlit Cup with the former. He stepped up into senior football with a loan spell at Skegness Town during 24-25, and arrived at Cobham last season, playing nine times as they earned promotion. He has also made three appearances in Pitching In Isthmian South Central this season.
