Bromley boy Richards new at Bridges
Carlos Richards makes a promising start at Three Bridges
Three Bridges gave a debut to Bromley's Carlos Richards in victory over Beckenham Town last week, and he made it two wins from two as his new club defeated Sevenoaks Town on Saturday.
Carlos, a winger, comes in on a dual registration deal. He is a Gibraltar international footballer; indeed played for his country at Under 17, Under 19 and Under 21 level before making his senior debut. He played youth football for Chelsea, West Ham United and Derby County before making a first team debut for the latter.
He spent time with Dorking Wanderers before moving to Bromley in the summer, and has already had a loan spell at Hampton and Richmond Borough this season, and another at Erith Town, playing eight times for the later and scoring four goals. Two of those goals came against Bridges local rivals East Grinstead Town, so we suspect the home fans liked him already!
