Chambers is an Ite once more

Sheppey United have announced a return to the club for Josh Chambers. 

Josh was with Ashford United last season, playing five times after returning from a long time out with injury. He was previously with the Ites in the latter stages of the 24-25 campaign, playing three times on loan from Chatham Town. 

Josh joined the Chats from Gillingham. He  played youth and first team football for the Gills, but spent more time- loan spells in 22-23 and at the end of the 23-24 season- helping Worthing fight for promotion from National League South, and was very highly regarded on the Sussex coast.

He has also had a successful loan spell at Welling United. 

He spent time with Folkestone Invicta early in the 24-25 season, making five appearances.
