Destiny Ojo moves along the coast to AFC Portchester

We're still catching up with all of the transfer deadline day signings, and AFC Portchester brought in Destiny Ojo from Pitching In Isthmian Premier side Whitehawk.

Destiny was with Lancing during their very first season at our level, 21-22, and made fourteen appearances, scoring in the last one against East Grinstead Town in February 22. The forward, who was an Under 18 player at Lewes before spending time as a Lancer, then moved to Portsmouth, and immediately picked up a serious injury which ruled him out for seven months. He left Fratton Park for a loan at Pitching In Southern Premier side Poole Town, and they were sorry to see him recalled, as in seven starts ( another fifteen as sub) he scored 6 goals and provided 3 assists.

He had another spell with Lancing in the closing stages of the 23-24 campaign, and last season moved to Ireland, playing for Cliftonville, before starting this season with Three Bridges, where he played five times. He moved to the Hawks in October, scored on his debut, and departs after twenty five appearances and four goals.
