Dexter Peter swaps Faversham for Sittingbourne

Sittingbourne have announced the arrival of Dexter Peter, who moves the short distance from Faversham Town.

Dexter moved to Faversham earlier this year, and made seventeen appearances. He stared last season at Erith Town, departing the Dockers having played twenty seven times, scoring three goals. During the 24-25 season he spent time with Hythe Town and VCD Athletic.

Centre back Dexter moved to Kent from Bowers and Pitsea. He moved to the Len Salmon in the summer of 2024 and made twenty six appearances in the Bowers backline, scoring once.

He spent time with Saffron Walden Town during the 23-24 season, and he also played for Haringey Borough, twenty three times. He had played for Bowers previously, making forty three appearances when the club were previously in our Premier Division during 22-23.

Prior to his time with Bowers, the defender was at Wingate & Finchley, for whom he played thirteen times- with three red cards- in the closing stages of the 21-22 campaign. He previously spent time with Hullbridge Sports, Grays Athletic, Coggeshall Town, Maldon & Tiptree, Thurrock, Merstham, Chelmsford City and Concord Rangers, after coming through the Academy at Millwall.
