Dobson heads to Kingston

James Dobson is new at Kingstonian

 

Kingstonian have brought in vastly experienced winger James Dobson.

 

James started off as a youth with Oxford United, and then spent time at Oxford City before heading to Burnham. he moved on to North Leigh, and then had the first of several spells at Slough Town.

 

He played for Sutton United, Dagenham and Redbridge, Hemel Hempstead Town and Ebbsfleet United, and has also played for Hungerford Town, Bracknell Town, Chesham United, Thame United, Risborough Rangers, and had a number of spells at Beaconsfield Town, including thirty six appearances and twelve goals last season. 

 

His time at Slough saw him play one hundred and ninety times. In 13-14 he won promotion to the Southern League Premier Division, he won the 2016-17 Golden Boot, and he was named Slough Town Supporters Trust Player of the Season in 2017-18, the same season he won promotion to National League South, picked up the Golden Boot and was awarded the Goal of the Season. 

 

He once came our way with Harrow Borough, and made fourteen appearances for Rayners Lane during our 24-25 campaign.
