Four in a Row

Callum Wiltshire, Jake Rumble, Alex Body and Joe Gater are new at Hartley Wintney
Harley Wintney have announced a number of retained players and four new arrivals. Our focus is on the latter.
Callum Wiltshire comes in from Badshot Lea. The defender made thirty appearances for the Baggies last season, and forty five during their first South Central campaign in 2023-24. He joined Badshot Lea in the summer of 2023 after departing Camberley Town, for whom he made thirty three appearances during the 23-24 campaign.
Jake Rumble, a full back, makes a move from Sutton Common Rovers. Jake made half a dozen appearances for Rovers at the tail end of last season, his second spell with them, and had previously played for Hasrtley, as well as Westfield and Knaphill. He was previously part of the Woking Academy.
Alex Body will perhaps be familiar to you from his time with Met Police or Hanworth Villa. He scored nine goals in thirty one matches for Met during 23-24, and last season scored four in sixteen matches for the Villains. He moved on to Walton & Hersham for the closing stages of last season, and previously played youth football for Kingstonian.
Joe Gater comes in from Ascot United. Defender Joe played forty two times for the Yellas last season, and a handful during 23-24. He joined the Yellas after two seasons at Binfield.
Joe was in our Isthmian South Central team of the year at the end of 2018-19, a stalwart at Bracknell Town. After departing the Robins he stepped up a level to play for Hartley Wintney for the first time, and prior to his Bracknell period played for Basingstoke Town and Chesham United, after coming through the ranks at Barnet.
