Haitham is in the Moneys
Kaleem Haitham is the first new arrival at Moneyfields
Moneyfields have announced the arrival of forward Kaleem Haitham, who you will remember from his time along the A27 at Chichester City.
Kaleem played for the Moneys when he was still in single digits, and then moved on to neighbours Portsmouth, where he played in the Academy and even spent time in the first team setup. Whilst with Pompey he had loan time at Wimbourne Town and then moved to Folland Sports, before moving to City and playing a big part in their success.
He made forty one appearances during 2019-20 as City stepped up to our level for the first time and charged to the Second Round of the FA Cup, where they eventually fell to Tranmere Rovers at Prenton Park, He managed a dozen goals during that campaign, which of course ended before it should have. He played five times, scoring twice, before the 20-21 campaign shuddered to an early halt, and played another forty one times with four goals in 21-22. Thirty nine appearances and six goals followed in 22-23, and then he played twenty two times as City won promotion to our top flight in 23-24.
