Harrow boss departs

Harrow Borough boss Dennis Quigley leaves the Pitching In Isthmian South Central club
Whilst we were taking a short holiday, Harrow Borough announced the departure of their manager, Dennis Quigley (8th May).
Dennis took over at Borough after the departure of Ben Bukowski and Keagan Cole to Hendon earlier this year, but the side did not have the best of ends to their season, winning only one of their final ten matches. Dennis wasn't helped by a number of player departures following his appointment- for example, the squad for Borough's most recent victory, over Hartley Wintney at the end of March, included seven players who had not been there under the previous management team.
Dennis released the following statement on social media:
'First and foremost thank you to every player that played a part in this season. A truly exceptional group of men that have stood by me and worked with me through the highs, lows and everything in between that gets thrown at you in non league football.
Secondly thank you to my management team for all your hard work at training, match days and all of the added extras with events and socials throughout the season. Incredible team on and off the pitch.
And finally thank you to Peter Rogers for the opportunity to manage the club. Thank you to Bill the kit man for being a legend. Thank you to Lianne and the bar / catering staff, the volunteers behind the scenes and thank you to the fans.
Now it’s time to reflect, refocus and move forward. I’m ready to go again and excited to see where my next step in management takes me, wherever that may be.'
