Hassocks, two points from safety, were targeting victory as they took on second bottom Beckenham Town- the only problem being that Becks were eight points further back and even more desperate for points! The Robins had won their previous two, whilst their visitors had also looked much improved with only two defeats from ten- and that improvement was apparent when Becks went ahead after only six minutes, Michael Wanogho scoring. Thomas Hever made it two just before the half hour, but the hosts came out fired up for the second half and Jack Troak quickly got one back. Sadly for the home fans, that was as good as it got- Becks now seven points from safety.
