Sittingbourne travelled to Merstham in good form, beginning to finally resemble the promotion favourites we thought they would be, but it was the Moatsiders who went ahead on twenty minutes, Lee Lewis the scorer. The Brickies quickly hit back, Joe Boachie’s fifth goal in three matches giving the the equaliser, and just after the hour Darren Foxley put the visitors ahead for the first time- and it was a lead they held. They remain fifth, ten points behind the leaders- but six clear of their sixth place hosts.
