Hollands takes the top Bognor job
Danny Hollands is the new Bognor Regis Town manager
Bognor Regis Town fans will recognise their new manager, as it isn't too long since he was playing for the first team rather than managing it.
Danny Hollands was a Chelsea youth before becoming a big part of the AFC Bournemouth midfield for five years. After departing the seaside he played for Charlton Athletic, and whilst at The Valley had loan spells at Swindon Town, Gillingham and Portsmouth, eventually making a permanent move to Fratton Park.
After a couple of years with Pompey had had a season with Crew Alexandra before returning South, signing for Eastleigh. He spent four years with the Spitfires before moving to Gosport Borough, where he has spent most of the last few years, including brief spell as joint-manager. he joined the Rocks as a player in November, and played four times.
