Knott to pull the strings at the Tags

Hashtag United have announced the appointment of Sammy Knott as their new head coach.

Sammy was part of Jay Devereux's coaching team at the Tags last season, and was previously the Assistant Manager at Canvey Island under Brad Wellman, after stepping into coaching as the Gulls first team coach. He will now prepare the Tags for their return to Pitching In Isthmian North. 

He was previously a player with the Gulls, and also played for Concord Rangers, East Thurrock United, Aveley, Tonbridge Angels and Waltham Abbey.
