K’s hammer the Boys in Blue
Kingstonian are six points behind the leaders after Met Police mauling
Second Kingstonian played their game in hand over leaders Farnham Town on Wednesday evening, and closed the gap to six points by calmly dismantling their visitors.
The K’s were ahead after five minutes, Bradley Wilson scoring his eighteenth goal of the season, and although the visitors levelled twenty minutes later, Sidney Gbla with the equaliser, the K’s were ahead again just before the break, Eddie Simon keeping his cool from the spot. Just before the hour Palace Francis made it three-one, and in added time at the end of the match things got even worse for the visitors, Stan Flaherty adding a fourth and Simon scoring his twenty seventh of the season to make it five-one.
Met are eighteenth, only goal difference- indeed, one goal- keeping them out of the bottom four.
