Charlie Lambert moves from the Sussex coast to Burgess Hill Town
Burgess Hill Town have strengthened their attack with the signing of Charlie Lambert, lately of Whitehawk, where he has already played twice this season.
Charlie has been with Whitehawk for a number of years. He joined the Hawks from Eastbourne Borough- although he had loan spells at the Enclosed Ground and with Three Bridges during the 21-22 season.
He scored seven goals in forty six as the Hawks won promotion from the South East Division in 22-23, and fourteen goals in forty eight appearances during 23-24.
He started the 24-25 campaign with the Hawks before a brief move to Bognor Regis Town, and then headed back after only two matches for the Rocks. That season brought five goals and thirty five appearances, and last season was an even greater success, sixteen goals arriving in forty five appearances.
