Magee goes Royal

AFC Portchester have brought in keeper Kieran Magee from Premier Division side Chichester City.

Kieran - who won our Golden Gloves Award in February and March 2024, and August 2023, made thirty four appearances for City last season. That followed forty four during 24-25, forty six as City won promotion via the Play Offs in 23-24, forty seven in 22-23 and forty five in 21-22. 

He previously played for Bosham, winning a league and cup double and sweeping the board in the end of season club awards, and spent three seasons at Horndean. He also played at youth level for Moneyfields.

He spent some time as a youth playing centre half, which we suspect is what makes him such a good sweeper/keeper!
