Obeng sprints in to join the Tags

You probably heard Hashtag United's newest signing screech to a halt in East London, as according to the Tags Jamal Obeng is the ‘fastest player in Non League.’

Winger Jamal is a player you might remember from his time at Takeley last season, his thirteen games coming with two goals. He also played a significant part in Takeley's elevation from the Essex Senior League, playing twenty two times and scoring three goals during 24-25.

Last season also saw him play for Hertford Town in Pitching In Southern Division One Central, where he made fifteen appearances and scored three times. He previously played for the Under 19 side at the club, and also played youth football for Cambridge United.
