Promotion winner Millar returns to the Len Salmon

Bowers and Pitsea have announced the return of Chris Millar.

Chris spent the 23-24 season winning promotion with Bowers- indeed he scored their goal in the Play Off Final- and made twenty five appearances after starting the campaign with Grays Athletic. He spent time with Romford and then joined Maldon and Tiptree in November 2024, making twenty nine Jammers appearances during that campaign, scoring twice. He was back with Romford at the end of last season, too. 

He previously spent couple of seasons with Tilbury, and indeed played forty two times during the 22-23 campaign, and prior to that was with Bowers in our Premier Division. He has also played for the likes of Heybridge Swifts, Maldon & Tiptree, Concord Rangers and Dulwich Hamlet, after playing Academy football at Charlton Athletic.
