Steventon, Hare and Haysman strengthen the Lilywhites
Jack Steventon, Josh Hare and Kane Haysman are new at Faversham Town
Faversham Town's latest arrivals are Jack Steventon, Josh Hare and Kane Haysman.
Defender Jack Steventon comes in from Sittingbourne, where he made forty two appearances last season. He was also rather useful at the other end, too, scoring five goals. That followed thirty eight appearances and ten goals during 24-25.
Jack was previously at Hythe Town, making fifty appearances during 23-24 and forty five as they reached the Play Off Final in 22-23. Earlier in his career he played for Ashford United, VCD Athletic, Herne Bay, and had earlier spells with the Lilywhites and the Brickies.
Josh Hare comes in from Hornchurch, where he spent last season helping the Urchins to an incredible National League South Play Off triumph, the last of his forty appearances coming in their Final victory over Torquay United.
He came through the ranks at Gillingham, and whilst a Gill had loan spells at a number of clubs including Lewes, Whitstable Town, Hastings United, Eastbourne Borough and Leatherhead. After leaving the Gills he moved to Borough permanently, and then played for Eastleigh, Maidstone United, Bristol Rovers, Dagenham and Redbridge and Boreham Wood.
Kane Haysman comes in from Margate, where he made forty three appearances and scored seventeen goals.
Midfielder Kane came through the youth setup at Gillingham, and spent time on loan at Sutton United as a Gill, before joining them permanently. After leaving Gander Green Lane he moved to the Sussex seaside, spending two years at Eastbourne Borough, and then played for Staines Town and Chelmsford City before first coming our way with Kingstonian, and then joining Gate in 2017.
He then spent a few years away from football, but during the 24-25 season played forty eight times for Herne Bay, and scored fifteen goals. He made three Bay appearances last season before the move to Hartsdown Park.
