uhlsport Golden Gloves Awards- January 2025

Here are the winners of our latest Golden Gloves Awards - sponsored by the some of the best goalkeeping equipment in the world, provided by uhlsport
Remember, these awards are given on the basis of league matches only- and clubs must have played at least three of those to qualify!
Premier Division
Dartford’s form during the last two months has been quite magnificent, and we’re off to Princes Park for the second time this month. January saw the Darts continue to fly, winning every match, Chatham Town, Whitehawk, Wingate and Finchley and- most impressively- Billericay Town their victims. Clean sheets came against the Chats and the Blues, and only two goals were conceded all month, which means that our top keeper is Jacob Marsden. Many congratulations to Jacob and his magnificent defence.
North Division
January’s prize is a story of the Blues, and goodness Brentwood Town’s season has indeed been quite a story, turning them into real title contenders. After starting the month with a draw against Concord Rangers, Town have defeated second place Bury Town not once but twice, scoring seven goals in the process and conceding only one, and also got the better of Mildenhall Town and fellow promotion-chasers Witham Town, on both occasions to nil. That means that our January prize goes to Blues keeper Melvin Minter, along with our congratulations.
South Central Division
It seems we’re going to be spending much of our February in Portsmouth, as Moneyfields have won their second award of the month! The Moneys have thrust themselves into the promotion picture after a rather wonderful January; a month which brought five matches, five wins and nineteen goals their way. Ashford Town and Binfield were hit for five, Guernsey for four, Southall for three and Uxbridge for two- and only the Tangerines and Green Lions even managed a consolation goal, which is why we’re presenting our Uhlsport Golden Gloves Award to keeper Callum Smart, who has been in superb form behind a rock-solid defence. Congrats to Callum, and to those who form an immovable object in front of him.
South East Division
Ramsgate have already picked up one award, but we’re off to deliver another, and this time the recipient is keeper Tom Hadler. January brought five matches and five wins, and seventeen goals along with four clean sheets- with only Littlehampton Town managing to breach the Rams backline, for all the good it did them. The Rams started February two points clear at the top of the table, and much of that success is down to Tom’s fabulous form. Many congratulations go to Tom and his superb defence.
