Ollie Knight rides in to St Albans City

St Albans City have brought in winger Ollie Knight from new Pitching In Isthmian Premier rivals Enfield Town.

Oliver came through the Forest Green Rovers Academy, before moving on to Cirencester Town and Frome Town. He then moved to Met Police in time for the 2018-19 campaign, and you may remember him playing in that one-off (thank goodness) Super Play Off Final against Tonbridge Angels at the end of that season. You may also remember him from a very short spell at Horsham, but you may have missed that because he played only four times before returning to Imber Court.

He joined the Towners in the summer of 2023 and helped them to promotion, playing forty times and scoring seven goals- including one in their Play Off Final win at Chatham Town. He went on to play regularly at National League South level, and also had a short loan spell at Chertsey Town during 24-25.
