A Miller heads to Leafe
Zaid Al-Hussaini swaps Aveley for Whyteleafe
AFC Whyteleafe prepared for their weekend with the signing of Zaid Al-Hussaini from Aveley.
Zaid has made two Millers appearances this season, scoring once, after joining the club in the summer.
The winger/attacking midfielder was with Herne Bay last season, playing twenty one times and scoring four goals.
He was with Witham Town during the 24-25 campaign, briefly, playing only five times. He also came our way when he spent time with Potters Bar Town during the 2018-19 season, playing only twice after making a move from Derby County, where he had played for the Under 23 side after joining them from FFDTV Academy.
He had spells at Gloucester City, Hampton and Richmond Borough and Staines Town before joining Crawley Town, and whilst a Red Devil had loan spells at Weymouth, Chelmsford City, Chippenham Town and Maidstone United. He moved on to Farnborough after departing the Broadfield Stadium permanently, and went on to play for Chesham United.
