A new Rams duo
Jerome Binnom-Williams and Harry Webster strengthen the Ramsgate defence
Ramsgate have confirmed a defensive double, with Jerome Binnom-Williams and Harry Webster signing on.
Jerome, a left back, came through the youth ranks at Crystal Palace, and had loan spells at Forest Green Rovers, Southend United, Burton Albion and Leyton Orient whilst an Eagle. He went on to play professionally with Peterborough United and Chesterfield, and has since played for Halifax Town, Barnet and Maidstone United before signing for Dulwich Hamlet in the summer of 2023. He went on to make thirty six appearances and score five goals during his first campaign at Champion Hill, and another thirty four, with three goals, during 24-25.
Harry comes in on loan from Gillingham, but you might have seen him before, as he made fifteen appearances on loan for Chatham Town last season, scoring twice from full back. Harry joined the Gills seven years ago, when we suspect he was just eleven years old, and after playing through the age groups signed his first professional deal in September last year. He made two appearances in League Two last season, and two more in the EFL Cup.
He can play both left back and right back, and his contract runs until the summer of 2027.
