An Amber Quartet
Jack Turner, Connor Kurran-Browne, Arthur Iontton and Stefan Vukoje are new at Cheshunt
Cheshunt have announced four new arrivals- or one familiar face and three new signings!
The familiar face is Jack Turner, who made three loan appearances for the Ambers at the end of last season after moving temporarily from Chelmsford City. This time the move is rather less temporary.
Jack, a centre back, moved to the Chelmsford in the summer of 2024, after spending time with Premier League side Burnley. He moved to Turf Moor after being spotted playing for one of our former clubs, Barking, and was part of the Under 21 side.
Connor Kurran-Browne, a forward, played youth football for both Watford and AFC Bournemouth, signing a professional deal with the latter. He had a loan spell with Kings Lynn Town, which seems rather a long way from Bournemouth, and then moved on permanently to somewhere a ittle closer to home, Hampton & Richmond Borough. He plays international football for Guyana.
Arthur Iontton makes the move from Wingate and Finchley, where he made twenty nine appearances last season. The midfielder moved from one part of North London to another in the summer of 2024, after making thirty four appearances for Haringey Borough during 23-24. He was previously at Hendon, where he made forty four appearancesduring the 22-23 campaign.
Earlier in his career he came through the Academy before graduating to the first team squad at Stevenage, and whilst with the club had loan spells at Braintree Town, before leaving Broadhall Way and signing for Kings Lynn Town. He signed for Hampton & Richmond Borough before moving almost immediately to Hendon.
Stefan Vukoje ended last season a promotion winner at Burgess Hill Town- indeed, he scored their goal in the Pitching In Isthmian South East Promotion Final. he made thirty appearances for the Hillians, and scored ten goals in total.
The forward made a dual registration move to the Hillians from Eastbourne Borough last October, and quickly became a fan favourite. He was formerly a youth player with Luton Town and Brighton and Hove Albion, and as a Seagull played for the Under 18 and Under 23 sides and in the EFL Trophy.
After leaving Brighton he played for SSU Politehnica Timisoara in Romania and also for GFK Sloboda Uzice in Serbia before heading back to the UK and the Sunshine Coast.
