Ayman and Freddie for Wanderers

Cray Wanderers had a new addition prior to kick off on Saturday, Ayman El-Mogharbel making a move from Sittingbourne.

Ayman joined the Brickies in the summer of 2023, and has played an enormous part in the recent successes. He played forty three times with six goals as Sittingbourne reached the Play Off Semi-Final in 23-24, and played fifty four times last season as the Brickies reached our Promotion Final and the Quarter Finals of the FA Trophy. 

He spent the second half of the 22-23 season playing in Pitching In Isthmian Premier for Bowers and Pitsea, where he made seventeen appearances. He also spent a brief period with Corinthian-Casuals, playing twice. 

The midfielder was previously an important part of the side at VCD Athletic, one of the first names on the teamsheet over five seasons with the club.

Freddie Price comes in on dual registration from Pitching In Southern League side Royston Town. Freddie finished last season at Bowers and Pitsea, playing eight times and scoring once, and he has also spent time on loan at Bowers this season, playing four times. 

Freddie started last season with Concord Rangers, and made twenty nine appearances, scoring twice. He ended the 23-24 season playing a big part in Bowers North Division Play Off win, playing eight times, after moving from Chatham Town. 

The left sided midfielder/forward was with the Chats from January 2023, after starting the season with Concord Rangers, where he made five appearances, scoring in the first. He made only one Chatham appearance.
