Crichlow gets Wings

Gianni Crichlow swaps Geordies for Welling

 

Welling United have announced the dual-registration signing of winger Gianni Crichlow from Pitching In Southern Premier side Hanwell Town. 

 

Gianni last came our way during the 23-24 season, when he spent some time with Haringey Borough following a loan move from Braintree Town. Since then he has played for Hampton and Richmond Borough and Sholing, and eleven times for the Geordies- scoring one goal. He also spent time at Hanwell earlier in his career. 

 

Gianni also played National League South football for Tonbridge Angels during the 23-24 season, and spent time at the same level with Dulwich Hamlet towards the end of the previous campaign. He had two spells with Braintree, and also spent time with Havant and Waterlooville, Hemel Hempstead Town and Chelmsford City at that level. 

 

Amongst his other clubs are Hendon, Harrow Borough, and Torquay United. As a youth, he played Under 18 and Under 21 football for Queens Park Rangers.
