Davies makes a winning start for the leaders
Jez Davies helps Enfield Town to victory on his debut
Pitching In Isthmian Premier leaders Enfield Town welcomes a new arrival as they took on Cray Wanderers on Saturday, and then Jez Davies helped them to welcome three points after emerging from the bench.
Jez hasn't actually been our way before, but the midfielder did turn out briefly for Welling United during their most recent campaign in National League South, on loan from Salford City. He had a number of loans from City, also spending time at Marine and at Ebbsfleet United, and then spent last season at Peterborough Sports in National League North after a permanent move. He left Sports in the summer.
Prior to his move to Salford he played youth football with both Tottenham Hotspur and Burnley, playing for the Under 18 side at White Hart Lane and the Under 21 side at Turf Moor.
