Scott Doe makes a Brentwood Town debut

Brentwood Town had a new number six as they defeated Tilbury on Tuesday evening, Scott Doe joining the club and making an immediate debut.

Scott, a defender, has a great deal of experience at a much higher level, having previously turned out for Dagenham & Redbridge around three hundred times. His career also takes in Boreham Wood, Whitehawk, Billericay Town, Dover Athletic and Welling United. He also spent a brief period at Romford during the Glenn Tamplin era (to be fair, even Glenn Tamplin only spent a brief time at Romford during the Glenn Tamplin era), and since then has played for Hythe Town, Whitstable Town, Saffron Walden Town and Romford again- indeed he makes this move on a dual registration deal from the latter.

He has also had a spell at Rayners Lane this season, playing eleven times.
