Grossart makes a North London move

Wingate and Finchley signed a new keeper in midweek, Jamie Grossart signing on and making a debut against leaders Folkestone InvIcta.

Jamie came through the youth setup at Southend United, where he played for the Under 18's. He had a loan spell at Harlow Town in Pitching In Southern League at the end of 2021, and had a very short loan spell at Aveley during their 22-23 promotion campaign, playing only once so far as we can tell, in a two-one Millers victory at Herne Bay. He has also spent some time at AFC Bournemouth. The 23-24 season saw him play for Hutton in Thurlow Nunn First Division South, and last season he spent time at Maldon and Tiptree, playing twenty six times. 

He signed for Hashtag United in the summer, and has played four times for the Tags.
