Hamlet to host QPR in London Final

Dulwich Hamlet might yet end the season with silverware, as they take on Queens Park Rangers next Tuesday evening in the Final of the London Senior Cup. 

Hamlet entered the competition in November, with a Second Round tie against Brentford that they won one-nil. Victory at Cockfosters followed in Round Three in January, once again by one goal to nil, and the Quarter Final saw them defeat SCEFL side Fisher on penalties. 

The Semi-Final on the last day of last month saw them defeat Leyton Orient.

The young Rangers side reached this stage with victories over Cray Valley PM in Round Two (seven-three at the Artic Stadium), a five-four win in Glebe in Round Three, a four-nil win over AFC Wimbledon in the Quarter Final, and a five-one hammering of Cheshunt in the semi.

Hamlet have lifted this trophy five times, the last of those in 2003-04, whilst this will be a first Final for QPR.
