Richards back at Bridges- and this time, it's permanent
Carlos Richards makes a Three Bridges move
Three Bridges ‘borrowed’ Bromley's Carlos Richards to help them taste title glory last season- and now he has returned to the club on a permanent basis.
He played seven times for our Pitching In Isthmian South East champions, scoring three times.
Carlos, a winger, is a Gibraltar international footballer; indeed played for his country at Under 17, Under 19 and Under 21 level before making his senior debut. He played youth football for Chelsea, West Ham United and Derby County before making a first team debut for the latter.
He spent time with Dorking Wanderers before moving to Bromley in the summer of 2025, and also had a loan spell at Hampton and Richmond Borough last season, and another at Erith Town, playing eight times for the later and scoring four goals. Two of those goals came against Bridges local rivals East Grinstead Town, so we suspect he was already popular at Jubilee Field prior to his arrival!
