Robinson and Kayani return to the Hawks

Luke Robinson and Imran Kayani are back at Whitehawk

Whitehawk are celebrating the return of two former favourites, as Luke Robinson and Imran Kayani become Hawks once more.

Winger/forward Luke first joined the Whitehawk just before Christmas 2022, and played twenty times scoring seven goals as his side won South East promotion. He made another five appearances at the start of the 23-24 season, scoring once, before heading off to play in Gibraltar.

The Bermudan international winger initially joined the Hawks from Bognor Regis Town. He was previously with Worthing, playing thirteen times and scoring twice as they won the title in 21-22. He moved to Woodside Road from Haywards Heath Town, where he made thirteen appearances and scored four goals, after starting that campaign at Horsham, playing five times.

Luke spent the 2020-21 season with Staines Town, where he made ten appearances and scored a memorable hat trick in a four-four draw with South Park before the season crashed to a premature end.

Imran actually made five Hawks appearances last season, and during 24-25 played twenty four times in two spells. In between those spells he played for Westfield in Pitching In Isthmian South Central, playing eight times and scoring twice, and spent time at Cray Wanderers, playing thirteen times.

He was also a big success for the Hawks during the 23-24 season after joining the club from Dover Athletic, making forty two appearances and scoring fourteen goals, including a hat trick in a four-one win at Kingstonian.

Last season also saw him spend time at Kingstonian, with ten appearances and one goal, and for Westfield, ten appearances with two goals as they reached the Play Off Final.

Imran came through the ranks at Sutton United, and whilst at Gander Green Lane first came our way in a loan spell with Bedfont Sports. He went on to play for Slough Town, and whilst there had a number of loan spells, at Kings Langley, Hartley Wintney, Kingstonian and Hanwell Town, before that move to Dover.

He first joined the Hawks in September 2023. He plays international football for Pakistan.
