Scholars sign a striker
Leon Lobjoit is new at Potters Bar Town
Potters Bar Town prepared for the weekend by signing a striker, Leon Lobjoit making the move from Bedford Town.
The striker was a youth player at MK Dons and Coventry City, and also spent time at Queens Park Rangers before signing a professional deal at Northampton Town. Whilst with the Cobblers he had loan spells at Corby Town, Nuneaton Borough and Banbury United, and then had ‘permanent’ spells at the likes of Oxford City, Hemel Hempstead Town, Brackley Town, Newport Pagnell Town and St Ives Town.
More recently he played for Daventry Town, was rather prolific at Bedford Town- twenty eight goals as they won promotion last season- and then at the start of this season he moved to Kettering Town. More recently he has been back with Bedford.
