Simmons in the jam

Maldon and Tiptree have announced the arrival of Scott Simmons.

Defender Scott came through youth ranks at Cray Wanderers and then Exeter City, playing for the Under 18 side for the latter. He had a loan spell at Tavistock before coming our way with Whitehawk in the summer of 2024. So far as we can see he played only once for the Hawks, in Cup defeat against Hendon.

He joined Welling in the summer of 2025,  and played seven times before a move to Walthamstow, where he played three times before moving as far South West as he possibly could before falling into the sea, joining Mousehole.
