Taylor returns to our top flight
Joe Taylor - and his numerous golden boots- heads to Billericay Town
Billericay Town have perhaps made the signing of the season so far, as they have announced the arrival of striker Joe Taylor.
Joe, who scored forty eight goals for Ramsgate last season as they took the Pitching In Isthmian South East title, started the campaign with Hornchurch in National League South, but has decided to head our way once more. As well as the Golden Boot, last season's haul also saw him pick up yet another National Game Award courtesy of the Non League Paper- his second in a row. By the way, forty eight goals? You're slipping Joe, you got fifty three the year before!
Joe has, of course, also won our Golden Boot in the top flight with both Cray Wanderers and Lewes, and he joins a side who are already our title favourites. He may get to make his debut on Saturday, as the Blues host…Cray Wanderers. The reunion with the Rams is due on September 6th!
