Up the Hill for Bennett

Lewes have announced the departure of forward Taykaan- or just Kaan- Bennett to Sussex rivals Burgess Hill Town.

Kaan came through the ranks at Colchester United, where he played for the Under 18 and Under 21 sides, and made a first team debut aged just seventeen. He also had a loan spell at Needham Market.

North Division watchers may have noticed that he spent time at Maldon and Tiptree last season, making three appearances. He joined the Rooks in the summer, and has played twenty four times, scoring three goals.
