Matty Warren is new at AFC Whyteleafe

AFC Whyteleafe have announced the arrival of Matty Warren.

Matty makes a move to Leafe from National League South side Tonbridge Angels. He moved to Longmead from Lewes in the summer of 2025, after great success as a Rook, playing forty times during 24-25 and scoring five goals.

Prior to the Rooks he was with Ramsgate, making thirteen appearances for the Rams during 23-24 after making a move from Sevenoaks Town, for whom he had already made twenty four appearances.

Matty spent the 22-23 campaign at Sittingbourne, where he made forty three appearances. He joined the Brickies in the summer of 2022 from Cray Valley PM. He'd been with the Millers for three seasons, playing forty times during the 21-22 campaign as they reached the Play Off Semi-Final, twelve times in the- extremely short- 2020-21 campaign, including a full part in their glorious run to the First Round of the FA Cup and that win at Maidenhead United, and twenty seven times in the also-unfinished 2019-20 campaign. He was previously with Chipstead, and also with Kingstonian.
