Winger Fisher joins the Rooks

Lewes have announced the arrival of young winger Noel Fisher, who joins from Southern Combination Premier side Horsham YM.

The 21-year-old arrives with a huge reputation on the Sussex football scene, having registered 18 goals and seven assists in 28 appearances last term.

Despite interest from other clubs throughout the summer, Fisher has committed his future to Lewes as he looks to continue his progression at Step 3.

Growing up in the Hungarian capital Budapest, where he played youth football, Fisher has also represented Lancing and Three Bridges during an impressive career thus far.

Discussing his move to the Dripping Pan, Fisher said: “Lewes has always been a big club.

“I had a phone call with Pitts [manager Craig Nelson], and I knew a couple people coming in here. So I knew it was the right move for me.

“We’ve had very deep, proper conversations, which I really liked. I’m looking forward to it.”
